The deposit can also be debited from your credit card (Mastercard or VISA). For this, the credit card number, name of the card holder, as well as the expiration date of the card is required. You can also debit the deposit directly from your credit card using the following Link.
The payment of the booked arrangement is made on the spot. The amount of the deposit paid, which has been received on our account, will of course be credited to the invoice. We accept cash, EC (Maestro) cards, as well as Mastercard and VISA.
The booked rooms are at your disposal from 15:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 18:00 o’clock, we ask for short notification. On departure we ask you to vacate the rooms by 11:00 am. Depending on availability, we also offer guests the possibility to book a late check out (until 18:00) one day before departure. You can find the prices under: Good to Know.
Late arrival/early departure: In case of early departure or late arrival, the agreed period and price will be used for payment!

In case of a booking, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Professional Association of Accommodation Companies apply. Place of jurisdiction: St. Johannn im Pongau. Should you not be able to make use of your stay at Sonnhof Alpendorf, we will try our best to re-let your room. Should we not find another tenant, the cancellation conditions apply:
Summer season (from 10 June 22):
Free of charge for all rates until 3 days before arrival, after that 100% of the total price. ATTENTION: When booking “Non refundable rates” the total amount is due on the day of booking. NON CANCELLABLE! In case of corona illness the cancellation is free of charge for the ill person in any case – with presentation of an official confirmation.
Winter season (from 16 December 22):
Daily rates free of charge up to 14 days before arrival, up to 7 days 70% and after that 100% of the total price. Packages free of charge until 4 weeks before arrival, until 14 days before arrival 50% and after that 100% of the total amount. ATTENTION: When booking “non-refundable rates” the total amount is due on the day of booking. NON CANCELLABLE!
