We recommend that you book your desired appointments for wellness and beauty treatments at the reception before arrival. You will receive your spa program with all appointments together with your room key at the reception upon arrival.
We kindly ask you to report to the reception of COCOON SPA about 10 minutes before the beginning of the treatment, so that you and the therapist can prepare for the treatment. We ask for your understanding that if you are late, lost time must be deducted from the booked treatment out of consideration for guests with follow-up appointments.
Please come to your application in a bathrobe. We work with different covering techniques to protect your privacy. For full body peelings, a disposable slip is included.
In the spa, too, we would like to respond to your wishes individually and advise you competently. Therefore, before the treatment, we will determine together with you where the treatment priorities lie.
Appointment cancellations are free of charge until 12 hours before the start of treatment. From then on we have to charge the full price in case of no-show.
Please wear swimwear in the pool area. The sauna area is textile-free for hygienic reasons. Children under 16 years of age are also allowed in the water world – nevertheless, we ask families for unconditional consideration for other guests.
The COCOON SPA is a place of rest and relaxation. For this reason, we ask for your understanding that only the water world is accessible for children. Please take into account that any supervisory responsibility lies with the parents and parents are liable for their children.
A day spa stay requires – also when redeeming vouchers – for organizational reasons a booking at least 24 hours in advance by phone or e-mail. Please understand that bringing your own bathrobes and towels is not permitted.
In your room you will find one fluffy bathrobe per person and the Sonnhof bath bag, which is equipped with four towels and two pairs of slippers. If the bathrobe does not fit, you can exchange the size at any time at the reception. Please take your bath towels back to your room. Towels are changed only according to the number of towels used.
